Matt Nacard
Principal and Founder
Matt Nacard, Principal of Nacard & Associates is an experienced Director, Chair and founder. He has been a senior member of both large and boutique financial services and real estate companies in addition to not-for-profit organisations in Australia and offshore over the last 30+ years. He has managed and led teams of up to 400+ people across up to eight countries at large blue-chip organisations as well as co-founded a boutique fund manager that managed billions of dollars for clients. He has served on ten different Board, Risk, Group and company Boards and Committees over the past 15 years working in highly regulated environments and has been extensively involved in not-for-profit activities globally.
Matt strongly believes that everyone has their own unique attributes, values and skills that form the basis of their ongoing success. By building rapport and trust in forming an authentic relationship, Matt utilises his coaching skills and extensive global corporate experience to enable the client to forge their own path towards maximising their potential. He is a Certified Organisational Coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
With 30+ years of corporate experience at our core, we offer two one-on-one Coaching & Mentoring options: X+essentials™, X+extensive™ and a small group leadership module: X+leadership™ – all are designed on real-world experience. We also offer consulting and advisory services to a small group of partner organisations.
