The N&A Fellowship

A six-month coaching, mentoring and work experience programme for one young Australian.

Nacard & Associates is backing one young Australian with the coaching, resources and real-world experience to take a genuine step towards their career or study goals. The Fellowship is built around one-on-one coaching, with a not-for-profit work placement and practical support alongside it.

We give preference to candidates facing real need or disadvantage, because good coaching tends to go furthest for the people who have had the fewest chances to access it.

What the Fellowship includes

• A six-month, one-on-one coaching and mentoring package worth $9,900, built on N&A’s X+essentials™ approach
• A short, unpaid work experience placement with a leading not-for-profit in Sydney or Melbourne
• A $1,500 gift card towards work or study related expenses, such as a laptop, a course, or professional memberships
• A LinkedIn and personal branding review, built into the coaching
• A small number of targeted introductions into N&A’s professional network
• A closing showcase, where you present what you have achieved against your original goal
• A certificate of completion, signed by Matt Nacard

Who it’s for

The Fellowship is for young Australians who are early in their journey and serious about a future in real estate, financial services or the not-for-profit sector. To apply, you must:

• Be an Australian citizen
• Be aged 18 to 25 (inclusive) as at 1 July 2026
• Have a genuine interest in a career or further study in real estate, financial services and/or the not-for-profit sector
• Be resident in Australia for the duration of the Fellowship
• Be based in Australia for a substantial period of the Fellowship
• Be able to commit to the full six months, including monthly coaching sessions and a work placement
• Have no conflict of interest with N&A or the selection panel

You do not need a polished CV or a long list of achievements. What matters most is a clear goal, and a genuine reason the Fellowship would help you reach it.

How to apply

The application takes about 20 to 30 minutes. You will be asked for a few details, your sector of interest, a goal statement of 400 to 600 words, a CV, and one referee. There is also an optional question about your circumstances, which you never have to answer.

The most important part is your goal statement: tell us what you want to achieve, and how the Fellowship would help you get there.
